The story behind Pilani NGO and the hearts that power it.
A grassroots initiative by passionate locals who believe that small, consistent acts of kindness can transform a city.
Pilani NGO was founded in 2024 by a group of young volunteers from Pilani who noticed a growing need for compassionate action in their community — stray animals going hungry, birds struggling in the summer heat, trees disappearing from the landscape, and families shivering through winter without adequate clothing.
What started as a few friends feeding stray dogs on Loharu Road has grown into a structured initiative with four core programmes, a network of dedicated volunteers, and the unwavering support of Pilani's residents.
We believe that you don't need millions to make a difference. Sometimes, all it takes is a bowl of water for a bird, a sapling planted in barren soil, or a warm blanket handed to someone in need.
The principles that guide every action we take.
Every living being deserves care and kindness — from the smallest sparrow to the stray dog on your street.
We don't just plant trees — we nurture them. Every initiative is designed for long-term, lasting impact.
Real change happens when a community comes together. We empower local volunteers to lead from the front.
Every donation, every resource, every action is documented and shared openly with our supporters.
"To build a Pilani where no animal goes hungry, no land remains barren, no bird is without water, and no person shivers without warmth."
We envision a future where the people of Pilani — and eventually all of Rajasthan — live in harmony with nature, treating every creature with dignity and every patch of earth as sacred.
